At the end of each month or quarter someone spends days extracting data from spreadsheets to answer the same questions: hours flown, crew activity, fuel used, delays, safety indicators. The numbers rarely match between departments.
Because flights, crew, fuel and technical data live in one system, BXI produces reports directly from operational records. Safety data — commander's discretion, fatigue reports, surveys — is collected from the crew app instead of paper forms.
