Request fuel from the flight record, compare supplier prices per airport, match supplier invoices to flights and produce fuel, ReFuelEU and EU ETS reports.
Fuel is one of the largest costs for any operator, yet in many small fleets the process is email and spreadsheets: requests typed by hand, price lists saved in a folder, invoices checked line by line against the tech log weeks later.
In BXI the fuel request is part of the flight. Requests and cancellations are emailed to the supplier from templates, and the fuel release and receipt are tracked as checklist tasks.
Supplier price lists are imported from spreadsheets so you can see the cost per supplier at each airport, and supplier invoices are matched to flights, with anomalies highlighted for the accounting team.
Accounting stops matching invoices by hand against paper tech logs. Ops can see what fuel will cost at each airport before choosing a supplier, and the environmental reports come out of the same data.
Fuel uses flights from Flight Planning, actual uplift from the ATL (TailLog or BXI eATL) and feeds the fuel and environmental reports in Reports & Safety.
